These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fluent Words mobile application (“the App”), owned and operated by Botmasters, s.r.o.. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Fluent Words allows you to create lessons and input phrases with translations. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and according to these Terms.

2. No Warranty

The App is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties.

3. Limitation of Liability

Botmasters, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or data loss.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not violate any laws.

5. Authentication

6. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
